Military Survey

DOD Customer Responsibility: DPS is a customer-focused program to improve the quality of life for DOD customers. Your survey data provides valuable feedback to TSPs so they can evaluate and enhance their performance. It also provides DPS the ability to determine and award shipment ranking scores to TSPs and ensure quality household goods shipment for all DOD customers. We highly encourage all customers to take full advantage of the CSS after every move. Your feedback will improve the household shipping experience for the entire Military/DOD community.
